My name is Ben, I’m 30 yrs old with a bucket-list item to complete the Finke Desert race. I’ve signed up to complete the Finke with hopes I make it there and back. I have a racing history, competing in over 150 MA recognised events across New South Whales.
My first Motorcycling Australia senior national licence was granted in January 2012. With my last race being on the 27 February 2021, where my licence was medically suspended after an off.
2025 was a shit year for my family and I.
Facing adversity head on, I'm making the trek roughly 7,000 kms for me to race and tick off a buck list item. Life short, make sure you achieve those bucket list items and spend time with those you love most.
Having personally received mental health support to overcome
my life hurdles, I’d like to give back.
To support mental health, I’m raising funds for TIACS – in hopes I can help
other blue-collar community to get on track and achieve their bucket list too. My goal is to raise $22,600 for TradeMutt,
TIACS mental health services while I prep and train to complete the Finke
Desert race. $22,600 is the target in representation of the 226 kms each way to
complete the Finke Desert Race.
Funds will be raised through a TradeMutt TIACS page/link with all proceeds going directly to TIACS.
