Hi everyone! My name is Javier, I’m a 32 year old man taking on the challenge of an Ironman triathlon in order to raise some awareness towards mental health issues as most, if not all of us, have struggled with at some point of our lives.My aim here is to prove that with the right mindset and a good circle of people around you, anything can be achieved!!

Ironman fundraiser
Sunday 8th SepHi everyone!
Jumping on here to share with you guys the official launch of my fundraiser for Mental Health organisation TIACS.
I will be taking on the challenge of an IronMan triathlon alongside my companion the incredible Luke Stock.
The final purpose of this challenge is raise as much awareness as possible about mental health problems that people suffer with every day.
I myself have struggled with it and continue to as well as the majority of people around me and I want to say that it is OK to SPEAK UP!
All I ask for you is to follow and share my journey as the more it gets around the more people I can reach out to and hopefully help some of them in the process!
