Every year, far too many men struggle in silence with their mental health, and too many families lose someone they love to suicide. It’s time to change that.
I’m raising funds to support Boys Day and help shine a light on men’s mental health, encourage real conversations, and remind every bloke that it’s okay to ask for help.
