TIACS is a great organisation set up by the trademutt guys which includes a helpline for people in rural Australia, tradies and all sorts of people so they have access to counsellors who can understand what these lifestyles involve and how it can affect you. TIACS also focusing on starting conversations around mend mental health which they do with their very loud and proud trade mutt shirts.I have chosen TIACS to fundraise for as someone who lives in rural australia with mental illness I love the fact that trademutts goal is to stimulate the conversation around mental health and remove the stigma. I also think TIACS having their own helpline is amazing as other hotlines can be daunting to contact and may not have the same understanding about certain lifestyles.
