This year, RPC is proudly walking for mental health and partnering with TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter) to support a cause that is close to our team.
Our RPC Team will be stepping up and raising funds to help TIACS continue providing free, confidential mental health counselling and support to people who need it.
With more than 50% of our workforce made up of skilled production technicians, supporting mental health within blue-collar and trade-based industries is particularly meaningful to us. Mental health can affect any of us, and sometimes starting the conversation is the hardest part.
By taking part, we hope to raise awareness, encourage more open conversations and contribute to practical mental health support within our communities.
