Being from a regional town, mental health services are almost non-existent. Having a chat to your mates about your struggles seems to be the only way to get things off your chest at times. We are creating awareness around mental health and how its ok to not be ok, and feeling comfortable in talking about it. But when people need that extra bit of help, we want them to be able to pick up the phone and speak with a professional, and thats where TIACS comes in.
